Horrible customer service, went in yesterday twice too pay my cellphone the guy with the big belly was rude, disrespectful and distasteful. Took my money and didn't give me a receipt then had me waiting too tell me the printer was down! I'm a paying customer! Then told me too call customer service to make sure it was paid, excuse me sir that's your job! I don't pay for anything not received a receipt! Thank you for the mgr stepping in! I'm still not sure if my phone bill was paid! He will be getting reported!

This store is efficient. I would suggest Donte, I had malfunctions with my phone and watch and he fixed both in a reasonable time. Thanks again!

I just purchased an iPhone 15 from this location 3 hours ago and my phone was not activated when I left the store! I have been on the phone with customer service 30minutes to get assistance with activation! It's outrageous after being in the store for an 11/2 hours I now have to spend time attempting to activate my phone on my own🤬‼️

I had my phone get destroyed on a job site. Went straight to Ramsey Street. I didn't get both feet inside of the building before I was greeted and was sitting with a rep named Jordan within two minutes. Jordan was a rock solid professional and took my mangled phone with only 50% of the screen working and transferred the data to a new phone. This guy used a mouse and one of the other reps phones to guide him where to push on the broken screen. Very resourceful!!! "McGyverish" if I may. He never got frustrated and in the end h... read more
