I needed a new phone after dropping mine and Cesar provided excellent customer service. He patiently waited to connect with the Verizon office to clear up an issue on my account. Once he completed that task, he managed to transfer my data even though my old phone had a flickering green screen that made it difficult. Thank you, Cesar for salvaging what could have been a lousy day.

the worst store
The manager Bradley added a new phone line to my husbands account without us knowing. This happened a few days ago and I came into the store to ask why this happened and the sales rep pulled me to the side and said he does this all the time and he would get it taken off my account. The sales rep said this is a common occurrence with this particular manager. How is this company still in business with these sales practices??????
