The people here are useless. They literally provide ZERO customer support, outside of selling you their shitty service. Verizon it quite literally the worst cell phone company I have ever dealt with. The service is crap. The customer support is crap. The claims process to get a new phone thru the insurance is crap. Everything about Verizon is crap. I'm going back to Boost. In store representatives all are very friendly and knowledgeable. But online phone representatives should know the same knowledge as in store representatives. All information changes when you get to the store.
Not helpful. Looked bored. Got more information about the phone I was looking for at Best Buy. If you're not sure about a phone, go elsewhere for the facts. I'm pretty sure I knew more than the sales person who didn't know prices or gig.
Always a great experience going into this store. The guys are polite and very helpful!
