I know a lot of people don't like Verizon, but I do
I needed to upgrade my phone due to the last update causing lots of issues. We walked in and were helped right away. I had my new phone and was out the door in around an hour. Definitely one of the best experiences we have had. Now that Fairview Heights and one other store are the only corporate stores within the area definitely worth the little bit of an extra drive.
