Gloria was AMAZING! She help me get my niece's phone repaired, as well as upgrade my phone. She found new discounts and offers I was unaware of and helped me save money and get more updated devices. I recommend working with her at this location!

I honestly wish reviews had the same effect as was design to make companies hire only people that enjoys working. I also understand how hard that is. Verizon may as well close that store or replace with self service because all three of them are about as useful. When Verizon tells you after two hours their own tech tells you to go to Verizon store they can hook it up to another apple device and reset my password so when you get there they tell you someone told you wrong but I can take it down the street and pay for it. Edit: I am back in 2026. This time was to get my daughter her first phone. I originally went to a second Verizon store...one still closer to the house, but not the one from first review due to aforementioned bad experiences. The other store set off my alarm bells trying to make plan changes we didn't go in for, telling me promotions I saw online were unavailable, etc. I went to this store immediately after to get a second opinion and LUCKED into Amber being the rep to call on us.
