Walked in, signed in, and was waited on within 5 minutes. Justin did a fantastic job helping me find just the correct ear buds. Great group of people work at this location!
Sheisty honestly. Had to call and cancel half the garbage on my account. What we were told in store is not what was reflected on my account. Make sure you are looking at your bills.
Everyone here is rude & snobby ! Still rude to this day ! SMH specially Ken. He was condescending. Also when I said thanks after my receipt his reply was “Yep”. Wow okay. Hire people who enjoy working with people, not just anyone!
Came here for a battery issue on our phones, was told they had never seen an iPhone in recovery mode. When we decided to upgrade, our sales associate left us to do everything ourselves and wouldn’t answer any questions without an additional fee. Phone did not set up with backup, and other phone is stuck on their guest wifi. Terrible customer service.
