The Verizon Agent in chat is refusing to help me with my internet issue after they told me my Internet Service was hacked. Verizon told me I was a victim of unauthorized MAC Bridging and IP Address Hijacking. All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers.

Fraudulent liars. They told us my husband and daughters phone would be free if we switched to Verizon. Then they charge us over 60 dollars a month for protection on those phone. If we cancel that and they break a phone we cant buy them a new one. We have to pay over 400$ off for each phone that was FREE! The rude behavior from these sales people is abhorrent.
