It's okay. Most of the employees don't know much about how to transfer data, plus they charge you for the transfer. You just spent at least $1200 on a new phone and they charge to transfer the data! Reduculios!!! I've been a version customer for as long as they have been open so that tells my age...OLD..lol..it's just hard for senior citizens to understand all it takes to transfer data..we finally figured it out without help from Verizon
We went to this Verizon today to check on the status of our account and Dakota helped us out so much! They were very professional and attentive. I cannot recommend this store enough. Make sure you ask for Dakota.
