I had an issue with Verizon billing. Robert spent over 2 hours on the phone with billing and went above and beyond in assuring me that Verizon met the expectation that I was given. I am very appreciative for his assistance and The Verizon Store in Dickson is very lucky to have him as an employee. I was very impressed.
The Verizon Agent in chat is refusing to help me with my internet issue after they told me my Internet Service was hacked. Verizon told me I was a victim of unauthorized MAC Bridging and IP Address Hijacking. All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers.
