Five stars for the local store and the people there. A.D. at the Decatur store at the intersection of 67 and 31 is the reason I am still with Verizon. I had been dealing with billing issues and inconsistent bills for months. Four phones were paid off, so my bill should have gone down roughly $80 to $100. Instead, somehow, because apparently math is now a subscription service, my bill went up.
