I am an unfortunately technological idiot. Caleb very patiently helped me set up auto pay for my phone and set up internet for me. He was very kind and did not make me feel stupid for not being able to do it myself. He also corrected some issues I've had with the phone (pop ups, etc...). I would recommend THIS Verison store to anyone, especially if they get to work with Caleb.
