I went to two different locations and talked to at least 5 people and Alex in Hartaelle was able to solve my problem. She called around to make sure she was able to fix my issue. She didn't just tell me no. Her and Michelle were extremely helpful and explain everything to me as she went. I will never go back to the corporate store. This location was far more helpful. Thank you! I highly recommend Verizon in Hartselle.

I went in when my phone was having some kind of network registry issues. It seemed to not want to connect at my house when my brother's would be just fine - same plan, same location, etc. Heather helped me resolve my issue quickly with her suggestions! I was in for 5-10mins, went home, tried out what she mentioned, and have had 0 issues thus far. It's great to go somewhere with helpful AND knowledgeable staff! Thank you guys!

Not much help when you're on prepaid. Consumer service number for prepaid is useless. I like the Verizon telephone service but the support could be stepped up. Calling Customer Service was no help . YOU CANNOT TALK TO AN AGENT. I was offered an upgrade plan via text, but when I replied with the text message code, nothing happen. So, I tried the store and then Customer Service which neither solve the problem. The store only wanted to sell me a new plan. I may need to switch to another company...
