Things have changed. I went in the store to pay a bill and the kiosk was gone. I was told that they would be with me in a minute. 15 minutes later they asked how they could help me. I told them that I needed to pay my bill. They asked if I was using a credit card. Then I was given an iPad with a credit card form to fill out. I just said never mind and walked out
Rude, disrespectful, and won't have anything to do with you if it's for anything other than buying a phone. My elderly parents had closed their account and wanted to pay their final bill because Verizon had locked-out all other means of doing this easily - purposefully, clearly. The staff my parents interacted with refused to help, were rude and dismissive, and attempted to redirect them to another store over an hour away.
