Came in to take advantage of Verizon paying off our old devices to upgrade to bring our bill down. Our rep tried her best. We had 3 lines and she suggested adding a 4th for free, adding it as a secondary to one of the new phones. Sure. Our phone protection got changed from the $8 option to Verizon’s $20 option, which apparently wasn’t an option to opt out of in-store. Fast and amazing service
Patty was so amazing definitely gonna be a long term Verizon member so beyond thankful literally made my birthday so great!!
I went to two different locations and talked to at least 5 people and Alex in Hartaelle was able to solve my problem. She called around to make sure she was able to fix my issue. She didn't just tell me no. Her and Michelle were extremely helpful and explain everything to me as she went. I will never go back to the corporate store. This location was far more helpful. Thank you! I highly recommend Verizon in Hartselle.
