This store either lacks a training process or they just plain out lie for a commission. They will not pay off your existing phone if you switch. The sales reps will lie to you and tell you that you will get a gift card mailed to you to pay off your existing account with your previous carrier but that is not the case. 9 weeks later and no gift card. “It’s out of our hands” said the manager. I stopped in to pay my daughter's wi fi bill and was very confused on how to use the kiosk. Andrew came to help me and took care of everything for me. His customer service was the greatest I have seen in a long time. Thank you so much.
