Poor customer service. Tried to get a line cancelled in the store, was told to call customer service
We visited this location this morning. The manager Crystal is extremely rude. We were looking at a product for my husband it had a sale price on it, this was a printed sign behind the item. We told the salesman we would like to purchase the item. When he rung it up the price is not the sale price. When he question another associate he was informed that the sale was over. The customer service for Verizon is horrible. All numbers that are posted on websites and printing material are unviable numbers. You can’t talk to anyone you can’t get help from anywhere calling the main number they put you on hold for an hour and still no one answers to help you. Terrible, terrible customer service!!!!!
