Worst customer service! The sales girl had to be told to stop talking and help us. Then was not friendly or helpful at all. Updated 2 phones to the newest phones, ring up and you good to go! That’s it that’s all. I work Customer service…. Do and be better!!
The sales girl was rude to my family today and acted like she didn’t even want to help them. And she upgraded 2 lines to new phones!
Great service, they’re always very helpful. Help me with my issue that i had with my iPhone.
This store by far is the rudest I have ever visited. If you ask for help they refer you to a shop down the road.they told me, they could not help yet I called customer service and they walked me through the process to fix my phone. I definitely will never return to this store. And the worst part is they completely lied to me and that was told to be by Verizon customer service rep. Shame shame you lost a 15 year customer.
