Very helpful folks, your typical name brand cell phone store.
Fast and friendly
Waited in line for 45 minutes. Watched 8-10 people leave because they were tired of waiting. I have been to this same store and everything was fine and efficient. Today was neither. It’s like they brought in scabs while the 1st team was on vacation. Very disappointed in this type service from verizon. Never had this experience with them before. Not a good sign for this store though.
You know what's wild? Calling the phone number for the store and never being able to talk to someone at the store. I've been a customer over 5 years. I called the 985 number which brings me to some AI generated voice prompts who says it doesn't see my number. Then it routes me to customer service. Well - I'm asking a question that only the local store can ask me....so let me talk to the damn store. It's beyond frustrating. Also - fun fact.
