Terrible store. Went in for a simple trade in drop off that was already set up. Somehow managed to change my plan entirely without even knowing what they did wrong. Proceeded to try and explain to me why I wasn’t getting what I was already promised. I didn’t ask this store to do anything except take in a simple trade in device that was pre authorized. Couldn’t fix the issues now I have to spend hours in the phone trying to fix this girls mistakes.
