Very helpful in ordering a new replacement phone.
I had an amazing experience with Robert at Verizon. I called the store and then went in, and he immediately recognized my voice and helped me right away. He was fast, kind, and very patient throughout the whole process. He made everything so easy and stress-free, taking the time to make sure all my questions were answered. It really meant a lot to feel remembered and taken care of like that. Highly recommend asking for Robert if you need help!
I didn't have to wait. Cidia Gomez was absolutely amazing!! She really knew her stuff. She took all my worries away and helped fix every problem I had even though it took a little while. She never made me feel rushed or anything. Thanks Cidia I will be back because of you!
