I went in to get a new phone and the man said he had one in stock, then said there was a problem on the Verizon side. He said it would be ready in a day or two. The next day he said they had to order a new phone, it would be ready in a day or two. After 7 days, still no phone! We called the store and they said the guy was on vacation. We tried to talk to the manager, but she was "unavailable". We left a message for her to call us, she never did! I had an amazing experience with Robert at Verizon. I called the store and then went in, and he immediately recognized my voice and helped me right away. He was fast, kind, and very patient throughout the whole process. He made everything so easy and stress-free, taking the time to make sure all my questions were answered. It really meant a lot to feel remembered and taken care of like that. Highly recommend asking for Robert if you need help!

I didn't have to wait. Cidia Gomez was absolutely amazing!! She really knew her stuff. She took all my worries away and helped fix every problem I had even though it took a little while. She never made me feel rushed or anything. Thanks Cidia I will be back because of you!

Had great experience at this location. You may have to wait a few minutes for help but its worth it.
