Verizon only has ONE location in Corpus Christi. Stopped by to activate my new phone I received from the website, got it a day late, and then spent about 3 hrs gong back and forth with tech support trying to get it set up (my original phone was damaged and couldn't use it) they drop me multiple times on the chat, and then they tell me that I need to go into the store since I need the original phone to set it up myself (I told tech support that my original phone was broken in the first message/ticket?) Walked in with absolutely no one waiting and had a customer service issue. The 3 reps playing with their phones offered zero help and pushed me onto a manager who wouldn't show up until later in the day

Antes de cambiarme a verizon estaba en Cricket después pase a at&t una vez mas me fui a T-Mobile después me regrese a at&t. La verdad los precios nunca eran igual cada mes variaba mucho la factura hasta que me cambie a verizon. Wow es increíble. No me e cambiado nunca mas a otro servicio y no creo hacerlo. Una sugerencia si tengo mejorar el sistema de velocidad especialmente en Corpus Christi pero nada grave es. Hasta ahora todo es magnífico. Amo esta compañía.
