Went into the Conway store today to get a prepaid phone went in there found the phone it was $80 cheap phone went to buy it they said you cannot purchase it without turning it on and activating it what a scam Verizon is a joke.
do not go in the office on oak Street..worst customer service experience form going in the office for a simple issue to being in office 4 hrs and overcharging me to ignoring my issues and the MANAGER CHRIS WAS HORRIBLE! She added another phone line on my account without my permission and had i not called directly thru verizon I would had never known till rep told me and guess what CHRIS i got refunded my 70 dollars you over charged me that you said I woukd not be refunded .The vetizon agent was wonderful and said the office ... read more
