Grace is amazing! She helped me get in and out with a new phone at a reasonable price! Her customer service and positive attitude made me thankful to be a verizon customer!
I just wana say BRENDAN is amazing ! He HELD MY 2 year old so we could get help with my older son’s phone ! That’s customer service at its finest !!!!! He didn’t have to help like that but he did and I am so glad for him! THEN ALICIA took care of my needs AND ALSO HELPED ME WITH MY BABY. I was so overwhelmed and these two really came through !!!
