If I could give it less than 1 star, and leave 0, I would. In January, I went to the store for a simple trade in my old device and purchase a new one. Seems like a simple process that they do every day, simple right? So I never could have imagined that it would turn into an almost 3 month battle about Verizon stating they didn’t get my old device.
