Quick to sell you a phone. But fairly useless after the fact. Service in Columbus isn’t great with Verizon compared to AT&T or cricket so I cancelled after only a week of service. Had to pay the full month of service and they have yet to refund my taxes on the phone I returned. I am still receiving bills for a second month of service and they claim they can’t do anything to help me. I have to call corporate to actually cancel the line they were supposed to cancel.
a warning to anyone considering the " free phone" promotions received by text, email, or paper flyer. DO NOT fall for it. The phone is charged then credited to the account over 3 years, so ok for the bill. BUT they immediately withdraw all loyalty and line discounts, I was assured by the rep in store that my bill " would not change" , had documentation that price lock was guaranteed thru 2028, but after an hour with customer service ended up with 86% increase in monthly bill.
