Andrew is a horrible manger. I was here an hour before they close i stepped outside and while i was outside they locked the door. I tried to get back in and they said they were closed and would not help me. If thos was the case they shouldn't have made me wait and hour. I dropped my phone on a concrete floor and even with protection the screen broke beyond repair and my phone was completely black. No worries! I had insurance and received a replacement phone within a day! Then became the issues of all of my information being lost when I tried to setup my new phone even though I used auto back up.
