Jarvis was amazing & helpful & I am so glad he talked me into my upgrade! At first I was hesitant because I lived my other phone but this one takes 1st place. He was so fast & took such good care of me. We had intellectual conversation while we processed everything. It was like hanging with a friend but coming out with an amazing phone & watch! Highly praise & recommend seeing Jarvis!
My experience at this verizon with tori burns was awesome. She was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. She spent a lot of time with us. Verizon is lucky to have her.
I visited the fabulous store on Friday, May 2 after an awful experience with the Macon Road store. Donald has skills. He did the transfer of important data from my old phone to my new phone in less than an hour after I spent 6 and a half hours at the Macon Road store on Thursday and only half my contacts were transferred. Love Donald!
This store has become a total nightmare to do business with. This past month dealing with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. I upgraded my phone almost three weeks ago and I am still dealing with it. Customer service is a hit or miss, maybe good one day and horrible the next. We have been with Verizon for almost 30 years and this is the absolute worst. Their answer to everything is dial 611, NO ACCOUNTABILITY whatsoever.
