The manager of the Veterans Parkway store in Columbus GA absolutely refused to assist me today (18 year customer) because I had a temporary drivers license and not the plastic. Also refused to provide me with her name so I could file a complaint. Tried to walk away without responding but when I persisted, she told me her name was Mia. I asked for her last name which she also refused to provide. Very poor customer service and she should be replaced with someone who is customer service oriented. I’m very disappointed.
Had a really great experience here getting a new phone. No pressure sales tactics. The staff was friendly and informed. Process was quick and easy.
Quick to sell you a phone. But fairly useless after the fact. Service in Columbus isn’t great with Verizon compared to AT&T or cricket so I cancelled after only a week of service. Had to pay the full month of service and they have yet to refund my taxes on the phone I returned. I am still receiving bills for a second month of service and they claim they can’t do anything to help me. I have to call corporate to actually cancel the line they were supposed to cancel.
