Great new store, parking much easier, store much more welcoming. Picked up my order here and the employees were very helpful and nice, no issues at all. Thank you.
Went in on 03.30.2025 to upgrade two phones. One phone we financed and one phone I did the exchange program. However today is 05.21.2025 and 16 phone calls later with the store and Verizon corporate customer care. Apparently they are telling me that the store incorrectly processed the order and that is causing the issue. I have yet to get my phone upgrade or the refund. TBH this entire ordeal has been so frustrating I am starting to explore options other than Verizon. I never thought completing an upgrade would be this diffi... read more
i worked with Fallet, i think that was her name. i left the store thinking all was settled but found that i had questions on things that were not discussed, was provided incorrect information, was sold the wrong product and was just not provided other needed info. i called the phone listed and it connected to cust service who also wasnt able to help but provide "i think..." and "it should..." answers. very disappointed. still trying to connect with store directly without having to travel there.
