My particular agent was patient, fully competent to switch my plan and very personable.
No one available to help. One guy for 5 customers waiting. It used to have an entire store of phone choices. Very very few now. No one greeting, no one registering anyone. What happened to Verizon???
Josh was a great help. Did everything he possibly could to solve our problem, when no one else would even try.
Thomas’s customer service was phenomenal. He took care of me along with his team. Refreshing to see!
