Have visited this store twice over the last couple years, both times went smoother than I could have imagined. No unnecessary sales pitches, just helped solve my problem. Highly recommend.
All they want to do is charge ridiculous fees for basic services. Unhelpful manager
Absolute waste of time. Internet box is 6x slower than Xfinity on speed tests, employee that rang me up picked his nose like a child in front of me, and it took me 8 hours between phone calls and store visits to get a refund. Lied about charges and the refund until I threatened to get an attorney involved. Avoid at all costs!
Excellent assistance by Tom (manager) and Nate at verizon. Both are very knowledgeable and were the only ones that could resolve a problem with getting cell access to call Estonia in Europe. They continued to assist me until it was resolved. Prior to this I had been on several phone calls with various verizon tech staff and supervisors for total of over 4 hours over 2 days to resolve why I couldn't do international calling to this country despite having the ultimate calling plan.
