I was at Verizon in Carlisle pa . I had a guy name Nate helping me . He was awesome and so helpful found the best deals for me and my husband. I appreciate him for taking the time to help me and he cared . I never had a bad experience at Verizon. Verizon has the best benefits for military people. Nate u were awesome and thank u for helping and caring. I love Verizon and I can’t wait till Verizon comes my way for internet.

Went in to upgrade my phone and to add a line for my wife's apple watch. The sales rep was extremely helpful and she knew exactly what I wanted. I had my daughter with me and for what could've been a boring process for a child, the sales associate was very entertaining and made sure to make her feel like she was not ignored through the upgrade and activation process.

Verizon is am awful company to deal with. Signed up for the best plan available with 2 phones. I had zero service at my home with Verizon. I returned the phones. 30 day money back is there policy. Later received a bill for 3000. Called and they said it would be removed after a billing cycle. Lies lies .. Called again and they only removed part of the 3000. They told me it would all be removed. More Lies.. Called again and told them they didn't remove it all. They said it was all removed again. More lies more lies.. Now I got... read more

I went in today with an emergency issue with my phone (won't bore anyone with the details). Because I was a business account there wasn't anything they could formally do, but Natalie-- with the assistance of another team member whose name in didn't catch-- still messed around with as much as they could and seemingly resolved my issue. They didn't need to help me out but they did and it made my next few days much less stressful. Thank you!
