I appreciate him for taking the time to help me and he cared . I never had a bad experience at Verizon. Verizon has the best benefits for military people. Went in to upgrade my phone and to add a line for my wife's apple watch. The sales rep was extremely helpful and she knew exactly what I wanted. I had my daughter with me and for what could've been a boring process for a child, the sales associate was very entertaining and made sure to make her feel like she was not ignored through the upgrade and activation process.
Verizon is am awful company to deal with. Signed up for the best plan available with 2 phones. I had zero service at my home with Verizon. I returned the phones. 30 day money back is there policy. Later received a bill for 3000. Called and they said it would be removed after a billing cycle. Lies lies .. Called again and they only removed part of the 3000. They told me it would all be removed.
