Joanna went above and beyond to help me transfer my 3 lines from TMobile to Verizon. T-Mobile made her jump through all kinds of hoops. Joanna was kind and patient. She tried many things to make it work. I am so happy to be a Verizon customer thanks to Joanna.
Alberto was very helpful and very patient! He's not from the Capitola Office, he's just there helping out! But he's the best Customer Service Representative I've ever had there. 10 out 5!!
Super rude employees and not helpful at all! I have been a customer with Verizon for 23 years.The employees that are working at this store are definitely not trained in customer service.
