Don't go here! I simply wanted to upgrade our phones, nothing else. No matter how many times I stated that I did not want an extra line, the guy kept pushing it. It was like I was talking to a wall. He went into the back and wasted 15 minutes to come out with a plan that had, you guessed it, an extra line. The line I clearly stated no less than 3 times that I did not want. Had an awesome experience at the Verizon on 41st in Capitola. Liz helped me with a very tricky technical activation that needed to be escalated. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and patient. The issue was resolved the same day.
