If you want to waste your time, come to this store. I checked in at the kiosk and waited over 35 minutes without any assistance. Two employees were on their phones instead of helping customers (guy in the black T-shirt with mustache and other one in grey collar shirt). After 45 minutes, I was finally helped. Very frustrating experience and a complete waste of time. Management seriously needs to improve customer service here.

They promised me an upgrade after weeks of being on the phone with them and coming into the store. When I came in on the day to pick it up and had already paid a good amount of money they tell me someone canceled the order and I would have to wait5 days. The costumer service on the phone is horrible. They don’t know what they’re doing

Went in for a new phone and was helped by Brandon. He was extremely professional getting me the best deal possible and was assisting multiple customers in a timely fashion while the store was busy

Well, they didn't hold up their end of the contract. Isn't that called breaching contract. They didn't hold up their own bargain. They ripped me off. Procedures in progress, small claims court, we had a set rate, and they went way beyond the boundaries ,
