I pay $68 a month for warranty coverage. My son’s iphone went black screen. So they gave him a new iPhone and unbeknownst to me they added a line for the dead phone. Luckily for me when I went in they were rude, unknowledgeable, and I still have an extra line I pay for - for a phone that doesn’t exist. My Verizon bill is already over $330 per month for me and my 2 children. This place is a joke - A corporate black hole for your money. Go to tracfone.
