Horrible customer service, Extremely rude workers.
Transferred service and purchased an iPhone 17 right before Verizon experienced a major outage tied to a cyberattack. Before activation, I received a notification that my email address had been changed, which raised serious security concerns. Because I’ve previously dealt with identity theft, I refused to activate the phone without speaking to someone. I was sent to my local Verizon store instead. I arrived 45 minutes before closing. Do not come here for any technical issues or to experience polite welcoming customer service. They literally cant do anything but maybe sell you a phone/plan. If you have an cell phone network issue, call verizon number or switch to a different carrier. And did i mention.. theyre rude here. Also, the responses from the "store manager" is a duplicate chatGPT type post where they fill in your name to make it feel personal and say "they'll look into it". Save your time, avoid this Verizon store. After losing my phone, I bought an unlocked iPhone (not from Verizon) and came in to have it activated, something this store is fully capable of doing. Instead, the salesperson insisted the only way to activate it was by calling Verizon IT. She handed me the phone and immediately went on break, even though I had already spent two hours the day before trying that and couldn’t receive verification texts on a lost phone.
