Lied right to my face about my replacement phone. Said it would be here next day when it wouldn’t be coming for 4 days… I wouldn’t be so mad if they told the truth but instead told me next day… I work from my phone, so now I’m missing out on 2 days of work. Also forgot to add my apartment number … so it won’t be delivered for another day
