I'm very dissatisfied with Verizon after being a loyal customer for 5 years.. After working out numerous deals you still proceeded to charge me up to $90 for Internet service only.. After being told I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income no one offered me a deal for the offer you now have at $30 per month.. And why should you when you have me at a $90 a month Ransom.. I'm very dissatisfied and will never come back to you guys ever again
Great help Nicole helped me a lot today!!
Nicole was very helpful and insightful she had good customer service!
