Came into the store with network issues. I was greeted upon arrival by Crystal. She troubleshooted my phone and checked my account to see what was the issue. She was able to find the issue and turn my cellular on. Great experience and great staff here.

I loveeeeee VERIZON!
Was at the Verizon store this morning. Was having issues with my phone maybe cause it’s an old phone. Soon as I got in I was greeted by what felt like the whole store. Although I was upset and somewhat rude I will admit the workers were Very welcoming. I explained the problem and the gentleman was able to fix my problem while offering his apologies right away.
