We got there 30 mins before closing looking to upgrade my phone and transfer my old phone to my sister. The young fellow said they close in 30 mins, the upgrade and switch could be done. But the data transfer couldn't. Instead of getting right to what we came in there for, he was running his mouth with co-workers that were leaving for the day. First off, I want to say I am grateful for whoever stolen my iPhone 15 plus! Second off, I want to thank GOD for getting me a new iPhone! And third, I am so grateful for Verizon Wireless! Greatest company ever! Plus, I got my $40 dollars activation fee waived! GOD is good:)
