I loveeeeee VERIZON!
Was at the Verizon store this morning. Was having issues with my phone maybe cause it’s an old phone. Soon as I got in I was greeted by what felt like the whole store. Although I was upset and somewhat rude I will admit the workers were Very welcoming. I explained the problem and the gentleman was able to fix my problem while offering his apologies right away. This store is Extremely racist. I’ve been an Verizon customer for some time and everytime I come to this store for any type of service the wait is extremely long and if there isn’t a wait they find any and every way not service you. The lady store manager is extremely disrespectful and any time I come and have to deal with her she she makes it her business not to service me and tells me some BS about why I can’t upgrade or add a line or get some head phones.
