You’re not acknowledge when you Walk into the store, But hey, it’s to be expected. This is the Bronx two stars because some of the staff Members tried to assist, Although as soon as they realize I was not purchasing any new services, but rather upgrading my current lines, they got very dismissive again to be expected since they were getting no commissions out of me. I am disgusted at the way I was treated by the staff at the store on September 12, 2025. I was not greeted, no one came up to me and asked what I needed and when I requested to go over my bill and pay it, the gentleman with a box on his neck told me that he does sales and he won’t help me.. after explaining my situation to him, that Verizon lied on the contract that they locked me into, he proceeded to do nothing and tell me that he cannot help me at all and that I need to call which I said I already did.
