No phone to talk to an associates
Came in 45 minutes before close wanting to transfer a number, gave us a number to call with no instructions, 9 days later still cant figure out how to transfer the number. Im just trying to buy a phone but verizon makes it like rocket science. Seems no one wants to help me

Went in to return my home internet equipment after cancelling the service. Despite being explicitly told to return the equipment to this store and having an email stating those directions, the staff refused to accept the return stating that it must be returned through a UPS store. Moreover, there was zero attempts for customer service via a greeting when I entered the store nor any attempt at service recovery. I am exceedingly disappointed in my experience here.
Torrey was a huge help. I knew nothing on how to set up my phone. He was patient and walked me through it all!! See Torrey!!
