Came in to get my final bill (moved to Xfinity Mobile) towards the end of the day. Waited for 20 minutes to have my name called (note, the store still wasn’t closed yet), then when I asked for my final bill the associate says “ come back tomorrow.” He then went on to share it’s the end of the day and it’ll take 20 minutes to get it, and so on. Explained we were at a verizon in Brighton. Husband asks, "is this the only verizon in Brighton?" To the woman helping us. She stated no. So we went all of the way to Fenton to return our phones for credit, only to find out that we needed to go to the other Verizon in Brighton that indeed does exist.
I encountered so many problems trying to activate my new phone, and Maurice completely sorted it out. He was super professional, friendly, worked quickly and saved me a huge headache. He’s the best, and I recommend you ask for Maurice if you stop by this Verizon location.
I took my 74 year old Dad to get a new phone and the gentleman that helped us, Bryce, was outstanding! Super impressed with his customer service skills and his musical knowledge of Steely Dan! Even took the time to download solitaire so my Dad could play it when he got home! Above and beyond, thanks so very much!!!
