Long wait time
Torrey was very helpful and very pleasant to work with.
I've unfortunately had to visit this store twice now and I had a terrible experience each time. First of all, I had to wait about 25 minutes to actually see a representative both times, which seems completely ridiculous for a cell phone store. Then when I did actually see a representative, they were rude, unhelpful, straight up told me wrong information, and kept constantly trying to pass me off to someone else. They didn't care about actually solving my problem, they just wanted to get me out of the store as quickly as poss... read more
Don't waste your time here, go to the verzion store in howell, they have way better service there.
7 customers outside on the sidewalk at 11:30 when they are supposed to open at 10:00. Employees inside and won't open. Worst customer service ever.
