I recently visited a Verizon store for assistance with two services, and both took five times longer than expected to resolve. Unfortunately, one of the issues remains unresolved. Additionally, I noticed a couple of unpleasant interactions with other customers that seemed unnecessary. Overall, my experience was not as efficient as I had hoped, and I had better things to do.

Why even have a store when you cannot fix my problem and I have to call customer service to hopefully get a solution. This is the kind of stuff that will make loyal customers move to a different company. We have been with Verizon for years!!! Now I'm shopping.

My old phone died. Verizon independence sold me a new one. It did not work. They sent me to the Blue Springs store. The Blue Springs store bent over backwards to help me. But we're limited by Verizon company policies. When I could finally turn that phone into the Independence store. I went to Blue Springs store to buy a new phone. With all the problems the Blue Springs store was great. Keep up the good work.

Worst service I have ever had went to get the internet so I could get sunday ticket free the sales man signed me up told me I was good to go they would send me a code by email to activate it never got the code went back to the store manager told me I signed up to late for the promotion I told the sales that was the only reason I wanted it was to get the sunday ticket free he told me I was good to go then today my son took his phone in with a cracked screen yes we have insurance on it the manager didn't even try to help him g... read more
