Missy is an amazing associate! I came in with a pretty challenging phone to work with and she persisted until she conquered it. The whole while (it was difficult to work with and took up a lot of time) she was so patient, kind, helpful, calm, professional, and determined. Thankfully all of my data was able to be transferred to the new phone because of her perseverance. Absolutely excellent customer service! If I could give a 0, I would. I tried customer service on the phone, and after 6 attempts, and being hung up on each time. I finally gave up. I was able to fool the prompts a month ago and asked for a final full payout bill for my two phones. They said they could do it, and I would get it with the next pay cycle. Instead, I got a copy of the same monthly bill stating that this is what I requested. So I call up this Verizon store and tell them the situation, and they say, "Come on in...we can do that for you". We struggled to solve our problems through the app. We called Verizon were on hold for extended periods of time. We went to the store and Brian did an outstanding job going over and above in helping us. In a day of poor customer service- Brian does a great job. If you need help and or going are going to purchase anything Brian is the person who can and will help you.
