We struggled to solve our problems through the app. We called Verizon were on hold for extended periods of time. We went to the store and Brian did an outstanding job going over and above in helping us. In a day of poor customer service- Brian does a great job. If you need help and or going are going to purchase anything Brian is the person who can and will help you.
The Verizon Agent in chat is refusing to help me with my internet issue after they told me my Internet Service was hacked. Verizon told me I was a victim of unauthorized MAC Bridging and IP Address Hijacking. All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers.
The customer service is horrible here !!!!! They let me stand there for 20 mins without even saying anything or greeting me ! I spend alot of money with these people! Just greet your customers when they come in and tell them hello il be with you in one minute . Gehzzzzzz
