Terrible customer service!!! Went in with an Apple Watch that was less than a week old that Verizon technical support told me was defective. The associate was very disrespectful to me. I was told on the phone they would waive the restocking fee and the fee for them to set it up in the store and the associate went off on me and said he doesn’t care what customer service says on the phone they are charging me. Have been sitting waiting for an hour, about 6 employees all in the back. One person is actively helping another customer but that is it. There is no other customer in the store. How is this a thing?!?! Can I get paid to sit in a back room somewhere and do nothing? I hate monopolies, if there were other options for my area, I'd cut out Verizon immediately. Their customer service is absolute garbage!
Kyle is the guy you want to help you here! I went here on Presidents Day 2026 to upgrade my phone. It was a holiday so the wait was about 30 -45 minutes but the staff was incredible. From the manager, I’m sorry I forget her name but she was Blonde, tall and said she worked with Verizon for 16yrs, she was a sweetheart! Kyle was absolutely amazing he took his time to get my aunt and I set up with our new phones . He spent about 1 hour with us just answering questions about how to transfer service to a different phone , adding my aunt onto our family plan . He was friendly , outgoing and so pleasant to work with . Thank you Kyle for making getting a new phone a seamless experience !!!!
Super strange animosity toward verizon tech support on the phone... Somehow, Verizon messed up my number porting (they ended up completely losing my number, but that has nothing to do with the store itself). We went into this store 3 different times in an attempt to get the porting done the correct way. The last time we went in, we had the only helpful person we found with verizon tech support on the phone.
