VERSION IS THE WORST! I went into the store for help after 3 months of issues with my phone and internet. Absolutely horrible experience! Steve and Sandy, the mangers, did absolutely NOTHING to help me. Didn’t even call customer service. Told me if I wasn’t happy with their “help” to go to another store. I’ve been trying to trade in my phone since July 1st. The customer service person at Verizon messed up MULTIPLE times and 1. Removed me completely from the new account I was supposed to be in 2. Great experience! Selena was so easy to work with! Plan, phone choice and cost were throughly explained but easily understood. And Steve the GM was also helpful.
I went to to the Verizon store on Amelia Drive in Orchard Park. I had rhe pleasure of dealing with Rosie. She was thorough and took as much time as needed to activate my new phone and transfer all of my data. A very pleasant experience.
I bought a smart watch a few weeks ago and could not get it to pair. Monica spent over an hour helping me get set up with a new watch and getting it paired to my phone. She was so helpful, kind, and patient! All the staff I worked with, especially the manager that assisted Monica and myself, were awesome!
