Phone had no network, stopped for help at derby, all fixed she said. Still no network. Stopped at hamburg near Walmart, told need new phone fixed it for some use. Finally went to Amelia drive, Kyle fixed my phone. So happy for Kyle, give him a raise.

Terrible customer service!!! Went in with an Apple Watch that was less than a week old that Verizon technical support told me was defective. The associate was very disrespectful to me. I was told on the phone they would waive the restocking fee and the fee for them to set it up in the store and the associate went off on me and said he doesn’t care what customer service says on the phone they are charging me. I have never been treated so poorly by anyone that works in any kind of service industry. I took my business elsewhere... read more

Have been sitting waiting for an hour, about 6 employees all in the back. One person is actively helping another customer but that is it. There is no other customer in the store. How is this a thing?!?! Can I get paid to sit in a back room somewhere and do nothing? I hate monopolies, if there were other options for my area, I'd cut out Verizon immediately. Their customer service is absolute garbage!

Kyle is the guy you want to help you here! I went here on Presidents Day 2026 to upgrade my phone. It was a holiday so the wait was about 30 -45 minutes but the staff was incredible. From the manager, I’m sorry I forget her name but she was Blonde, tall and said she worked with Verizon for 16yrs, she was a sweetheart! She got me checked in and made sure I was okay during the wait and then Kyle helped get the perfect upgrade for my needs, and even helped my mother correct charges to her bill to help save her some money.
