We had a major problem that needed to be fixed immediately and the manager Mark and. Associate Rosie went way above 5 star helpful from problem Solving including highly courteous friendly and professional!!
Not enough staff or help. Certain staff members are rude. And every time I go in there it’s a long wait or I am told to leave. I will never go there again!!!!
told me to “come back tomorrow” 3 days in a row over a phone upgrade after they messed up an order on my account. I don’t even like leaving reviews but this is the most frustrating place I’ve ever been. honestly wish they’d pay me back for my gas money
Upgraded my phone and the lovely Emonie helped me out. The process was smooth and she was kind and very helpful. This Verizon store has a great worker with impeccable customer service skills.
Steven Johnston was awesome. He was incredibly helpful when I thought it would be a nightmare. Ask for him if you ever need help because he will solve it.
