Tried to start a business plan…. Complications ensued and nobody could help. We’ve spent an hour on the phone every day speaking with who knows who, but certainly not Maurice who started the plan…. Heading into ATT as we speak. Would give zero stars if I could. 1/14/25 Follow up-Maurice did expedite new phones for us which finally arrived 1 month after we started the process. 1 phone still has not arrived but that's on FedEx, not Verizon. Of note, the link below from Verizon "owner" links to nowhere.
