I like this store because of the is clean and has a friendly staff. Especially if you're served by Melissa Ruiz, she's fast, friendly, and highly efficient. She's the one who finds solutions and provides help. She's highly efficient. I wish there were more customer service people like her. Ask for her.
Melissa was able solve the problems that I had spent 2+ hrs in a third party locations trying to fix. Melissa was very professional and fixed the problem in 10 mins. Give Melissa a raise!!
If i can give a zero review I would. I went to the store a few days ago to get help since verizon customer service sucks. Their service isn't in the US but in the phillipines. I thought I could get better service at the store but I was wrong!!! The store manager was not helpful at all. He did not go through my account and checked any notes or was willing to call customer service to help me out. He was very dissmissive did not care about my concerns at all.
