Jaime is a professional and was very successful with getting me into a new device and even a Apple Watch
I've been with Verizon for well over 20 years. Customer service has been spotty in the last decade, but there has only been *one* person in all those years who has been consistently problematic -- to the degree that my family will not be upgrading with Verizon. We have several lines, watches, landlines, and a palm mini with Verizon and will be taking our service elsewhere. I was always okay with Verizon's prices because the customer service was top-notch.
