Culture of lying and deceit. Two employees knowingly told me false information to try to have me stop using old iphone so they could get me to buy a new phone. All I wanted was a new SIM Card and they said it would no longer work on my old iphone. I left them and bought the SIM card from Amazon and of course it works just fine. BEWARE, THEY ARE FULL OF CON ARTISTS!!

I like this store because of the is clean and has a friendly staff. Especially if you're served by Melissa Ruiz, she's fast, friendly, and highly efficient. She's the one who finds solutions and provides help. She's highly efficient. I wish there were more customer service people like her. Ask for her.
Melissa was able solve the problems that I had spent 2+ hrs in a third party locations trying to fix. Melissa was very professional and fixed the problem in 10 mins. Give Melissa a raise!!
