I am truly grateful for Maritza. I had a complicated bundle of issues that needed sorting and quickly. Maritza was not only able to help me with the technical issues, but helped me solve the whole problem. EXCELLENT. A subsequent visit and Cruz was also able to help me. This location is my go-to from now on. I had gone to another location that had "more stars" but it was not a good choice in the end.
I cannot thank Maritza -Verizon Berwyn store - enough for helping me purchase and set up a new phone. What should have been a straightfoward process was significantly complicated by my failing phone battery and constant power cycles. From advising me on the best plan without overpaying to set up, Maritza was patient and had all of the technical know-how to work thru each step and obstacle my old phone threw at her. Thank you.
