Poor product knowledge requiring return of purchased merchandise the next day. Apple and Android clearly have incompatible hardware. Three hours in the car total.
Stopped by twice when they were supposed to be open and they were closed with no warning or updated signage. Waste of a 30 minute drive.
Employees were very helpful.
Update: went in today to get a real verizon worker and he was very helpful. Solved my problem within 20 minutes. I did not get his name but will definitely look for him next time I go in. I was informed that the 2 people I talked to indeed did not work for verizon as the guy doing the renovations stated he did. So the actual workers of this verizon are great.
