Editing my review after seeing my bill… Specifically told Dominic, I did not want the Verizon mobile protect added to my plan, I get my bill and it is there. We were also told we would get our activation fee waived. I get the bill and it is also there. If you visit the store, don’t be surprised when your bill looks completely different than the paperwork you left with.
Associate that assisted us was extremely thorough and had great knowledge of the issue we presented.
I went I to the Batavia store to get help with transferring service from a broken phone into a new phone. While I was waiting I watched one of the employees (possibly a manager) interacting with an elderly couple who were both hard of hearing take up all of her time asking questions and sharing thoughts about a flip phone that would have challenged most people’s patience. Dominic was super helpful in getting a new line added to our plan. Very informative and explained everything very well. The wait was very short and it was a super fast process.
