THEY LIE!!!! DONT GO HERE!!! Staff is very knowledgeable on how to take advantage of you and lie to you and get you sign off for extra cost to your plan every month that you don't want! By far the worst customer service in the entire world. I’ve called customer service numbers and been transferred to multiple departments , calls disconnected, no return calls and ALL of them just want to gain access to your account to make changes. They ignore any questions you have. I’ve tried calling texting visiting in store it’s all the same. I’ve had business with this company for years, multiple phones / numbers that I currently pay for. This was the worst service I ever got a Verizon store. There were three people working there and they were so busy talking to themselves. They couldn’t even wait on me. They didn’t care if I had a problem and they were more interesting talking to themselves.
Editing my review after seeing my bill… Specifically told Dominic, I did not want the Verizon mobile protect added to my plan, I get my bill and it is there. We were also told we would get our activation fee waived. I get the bill and it is also there. If you visit the store, don’t be surprised when your bill looks completely different than the paperwork you left with.
