When I started my service with Verizon I received a damaged iPhone in the mail. When I went to charge the phone prior to its initial setup and transferring data, I discovered that the charging port was bent or somehow broken, so it could not be charged. Ive been with straight talk for years then just didn’t have a phone number for years. Wanted to say abbi was an amazing person, who helped us in all kinds of ways. She’s a great sales woman! And did everything quick so my mother could get to work. Just wanted to say thank you and she is a hard worker. If I could give 10 plus stars I would. Much appreciated. 3 of us walked out with new phones and I can’t thank her enough for making it to easy for us, she made the experience 100000xs better, truly an amazing worker!!
