Ive been with straight talk for years then just didn’t have a phone number for years. Wanted to say abbi was an amazing person, who helped us in all kinds of ways. She’s a great sales woman! And did everything quick so my mother could get to work. Just wanted to say thank you and she is a hard worker. If I could give 10 plus stars I would. Much appreciated. 3 of us walked out with new phones and I can’t thank her enough for making it to easy for us, she made the experience 100000xs better, truly an amazing worker!!

The assistance manager, Pierce was wonderful at helping me with my phone.
The absolute worst customer service. I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years. This store has lied to me the last two times I upgraded my phone. The change your plan and tell you you'll have all the same services with minimal price increase. Then they charge you more or claim certain features are not included when the first billing shows up.
