Terrible customer service from Val at the Arden location.
Removed 1 star for calling my phone , everyone dislikes telemarketing. Removed another star for waking me up to telemarketing. Removed a 3rd star for having to delete and unnecessary voice mail because of telemarketing. Finally lost all stars because overbearing, if I wanted something I would contact you. Outside of an emergency don't waste my time.
When I started my service with Verizon I received a damaged iPhone in the mail. When I went to charge the phone prior to its initial setup and transferring data, I discovered that the charging port was bent or somehow broken, so it could not be charged. So, I took the phone to this Verizon store and explained the situation. The store agree that the defective phone should be exchanged for a working phone, though they made me jump through a couple of hoops. Ive been with straight talk for years then just didn’t have a phone number for years. Wanted to say abbi was an amazing person, who helped us in all kinds of ways. She’s a great sales woman! And did everything quick so my mother could get to work. Just wanted to say thank you and she is a hard worker. If I could give 10 plus stars I would. Much appreciated. 3 of us walked out with new phones and I can’t thank her enough for making it to easy for us, she made the experience 100000xs better, truly an amazing worker!!
