My phone was giving me all kinds of trouble and the representative was very helpful erasing the bad apps on my phone and I appreciate the help!
I came in with my phone completely broken and couldnt even turn the screen on. I thought there was no option of repair or any way of getting any of my pictures and contacts back. The verizon sales representatives came up with a solution for me and were able to get all my pictures and contacts back on my new phone whilst saving me money monthly on my bill!
I came in with my phone overloaded with spam apps and billing issues. The Verizon sales representative was extremely nice and helpful with clearing all the spam apps while also finding a way in my account to save me 20 bucks a month! Thank you guys so much for your help, id suggest this store to anyone!
Josh was excellent and very knowledgeable about his job. He made something I was dreading doing into a pleasant friendly experience. I received a lot more than I came in for! He even helped us with something afterwards that had nothing to do with my purchase. Five star experience all around.
I went into the store today to ask questions about maybe getting a new phone. The gentleman answered all my questions and was very patient with me and knowledgeable about the product he was showing me. Ans trust me i asked plenty of questions but he got them all taken care of. He was very transparent and honest. I will be recommending my family and friends to this store for the future.
