My son and I were in this store today (10/25) around 4:30 for assistance with my phone. We had terrible customer service. We have been Verizon customers since 1999 and I have never received such rude unprofessional service as I did today. I know the employee's name but will not mention it on this review, however I think you can narrow it down. I am definitely looking for another Verizon store for my business.
Brad was very helpful in solving my phone issue.
Very poor work performance. I went in today around 2 o’clock, and the men literally just stood in the corner, chatting up and laughing. One of them greeted me as I walked through the door and asked me what I needed. When I asked a question, they were not very good about answering coherently and it felt like I should’ve already known what or where to go.
