I stopped in at the Athens, TN location on 12/28/25 and the employees were not welcoming and was very short with me. I understand that policies change but there is still a thing called customer service and instead of rudely saying you can’t help and walking away while I’m talking to you to shove a phone number at me they could have been more helpful and less rude with providing me with the information they had.

Cuando cambias el número de tu telefóno en esta compañía puedes recibir más de 20 llamadas diarias y 10 sms ofreciendo de todo. Me pregunto cómo se enteran esos prestamistas o no se quiénes que un usuario nuevo esta utilizando ese número?? Es inocente Verizon? En fin no recomiendo a nadie que cambie su número en esta compañía.

My wife and I visited the store in Athens Tennessee on 11/30/25 at approximately 3:30 P.M. to make a rather large purchase and was treated with complete disrespect to the point I turned and exited before the door even had time to close behind me from entering. I pulled into a parking spot that was directly in front of the store. I shut my car off and exited, I then entered the building.
