Good salespeople
My Mom passed away and I needed to settle her bill and cancel her account. Made an appointment online a couple of days out and let the store know I was on my way via the text notifications I was receiving. I was greeted at the door and checked in. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. All in all I was in and out in about 20 minutes.
Customer service is trash, literally trash is more helpful
Diallo and Lawrence were extremely helpful, spent a dozen man hours into solving my issues and saw this very complex problem to its positive conclusion. I would definitely recommend these hard working gentleman.
Signed in, letting the person know I came in for help with the data transfer. Was told I needed to wait. While I was waiting an African American lady came in, was asked what she needed help with and the guy helped her right then and there. When it was my turn I reiterated what I needed and was told it would cost me $29.99. When I bought the phone a couple of days ago the guy told me he could set it up for me (never mentioned money) or I could try it at home.
