If I could leave no stars I would was waiting for over 65 mins for a sim card and still no help I had to walk out. The employees didn't even bother looking for a frickin sim card I seriously wouldn't recommend this place piss poor service
Store was empty but they were still slow. when i got aggravated with the sales rep because they were trying to change my plan when all I wanted was a phone - another worker recommended I just go to the Apple store. It was obvious they didn’t want to help me. Wouldn’t recommend this store - slow, lazy and really not knowledgeable

I went to this store in October 2024 and was charged $306 for a purchase, when the receipt detailed the purchase was $102. Then my next Verizon bill I charged my account an additional $260 as a "one-time charge," an extra $364 from what I was originally supposed to pay. After speaking with Verizon and dispute the transaction with my bank dozens of times, and hours on the phone with them over the past 2 months, there is still no resolution regarding either charge.
