Ordered a phone online and went here to pick it up, an hour later as the order said. Team couldn't figure out how to service a business account and told me to come back another day, but then warned me that when they do prepare the phone, which they had available in store but wouldn't give me, that if I don't come by in 72 hours and allow 3 hours to transfer info that they would cancel my order. We were there 20 minute before close and they were closing all the window armored blinds and watched them turn away another customer... read more
