Great experience at the store. Jersey helped us right away and did a great job purchasing new phones. I could not get our old phone to transfer to our new Samsung phone. Rachelle helped out and spent over an hour and a half working to get everything transferred over. Great all around experience.

My mom, my grandma, and I went to this store yesterday to get all new phones and to add a line. We were being helped by the staff member named Jersi and she was the most pleasant and helpful person I’ve ever met. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, everything was explained very well. Give her a raise!

I was here about a month ago. I wasn't plan on leaving a review but this encounter has caused me another problem. I wanted to add two new lines to my account. It seems like the manager and the representative didn't understand me or didn't care. I'm not sure how difficult it is when I asked if the the two new lines would be put on the same plan I was on. They said yes and then proceeded. Look if I was told straight from the beginning that they no longer offered my plan. I would be satisfied with that but to change my old plan... read more
