If I could give 0 stars I would. Was told it was going to be a 2 hour wait and told the girl I couldn’t wait and asked if I could come back cause I have a baby with me. She proceeded to tell me that everyone else waiting had families as well, I said I never said I was more important than them. I told her I would be going to the Altoona location due to her nasty attitude and she said that was fine but they’ll mess up my account. Also, probably could’ve looked more professional and not had greasy hair.
People are nice but definitely false advertise. I was persuaded into buying their internet and if I did so, I’d get a $200 gift card. Never happened and when I went to have it fixed, they said they couldn’t help me…
Worst customer service I have ever had during my 6 years with Verizon, went in to get help for an account issue, the manager was rude & treated me like i was stupid along with being dismissive. Verizon has lost my respect after that experience. Thankfully Verizon’s phone support was much more helpful & understanding… so if you have issues with your account call the support line they are way nicer & understanding.
