I had a great experience at Verizon thanks to Brenden! He was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the process of getting my new iPhone and Apple Watch. He made everything easy and helped me find a great deal. Highly recommend working with him!
Employees are not very friendly at this location. I’ve always been greeted with a smile and had no issues at the other two Ankeny locations.
Michael was awesome and helped us in 2 minutes!
I need to give a high five to Erik who helped me navigate a stressful situation with my old phone that crashed. He and other reps at the store were patient and knowledgeable with finding me the right phone and making sure important information was downloaded plus instructing me how to use them.
