Jacob helped our walk-in visit for upgrades. He was extremely helpful and fast. We were in and out in 15 minutes. The most efficient and productive Verizon visit I've ever experienced.
I came to the store with a warranty question but was not an authorized user on my account and therefor could not proceed. After I left, he called me back after checking something with his manager to lead me in the right direction. He went out of his way and was very thoughtful, I recommend this location.
Qilin was fantastic. Professional, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and efficient. He turned, what could have been a several hour process, into a little less than an hour-in and out the door. We appreciate the customer service he delivered-and are happy to be with Verizon.
