Ordered a phone online and went here to pick it up, an hour later as the order said. Team couldn't figure out how to service a business account and told me to come back another day, but then warned me that when they do prepare the phone, which they had available in store but wouldn't give me, that if I don't come by in 72 hours and allow 3 hours to transfer info that they would cancel my order. I stopped into the store the beginning of October to drop off the phone I was trading in for my upgrade. The guy (redhead) said he would have to manually enter the information since the system wouldn't let him add it at that time. I trusted the process since I've never had any issues but few weeks go by and I call Verizon support because I'm still being charged for full price when the point of the trade in is obviously not to. They claimed they fixed it but my bill STILL does not reflect my S20 FE trade in and I'm just stuck... read more

Went into Verizon a few days ago got a new phone and had my Wi-Fi switched over. Saved a few bucks. Taken 3 afternoons now to get my phone and Wi-Fi all set up. This is why I don't get a new phone too often.
