I had to drive to Altamonte from where I live in order to get my phone taken care of at Apple which unfortunately required me getting a totally new device. Apple was unable to access Verizon so requested me go to the Verizon store to add the new device and get a new ESIM. Apparently, this is not an indirect or authorized store and indeed is a Corporate store according to the rep. Came here to get a device upgrade. Was told we were eligible for certain discounts and add ons with our new plan and the new device. Our bill wasn’t to change. Then we were told if we added a line we would get another small additional discount. Well, we didn’t need the extra line but got it anyway for the discount. Turns out we didn’t get the discounts we were told we would, the bill went up $30, and we are missing an add on we really wanted because apparently it’s one add on or another for the “discount” and our account sho... read more

I had such a great experience at the Altamonte Springs Verizon store today! Maleek helped us, and he was absolutely wonderful. He was polite, patient, and very knowledgeable—he really took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we understood everything. It’s not often that you come across someone who provides such genuine customer service, and Maleek truly went above and beyond. Thank you, Maleek, for making the whole process so easy and pleasant! He deserve A RAISE!!!!!

Maleek was absolutely great with his customer service and help right from the time i walked in to the time i left , he sold me the perfect phone i was looking for with a plan and helped me set it up, very nice and professional we’ll definitely come back to this location!

This Verizon location is quite reasonable. They were able to help resolve some of my concerns and help me purchase a new phone in a suitable amount of time. I would not recommend purchasing accessories from a store location, however they were quite friendly and knowledgeable.
