I had such a great experience at the Verizon store in Altamonte! My family and I came in to upgrade several phone lines, add hotspot internet for our garage, and also open a brand-new account for my son who just graduated high school. We had quite a bit to take care of, so we knew it would be a long process, but the entire team made it such a pleasant and stress-free experience. Today I went to upgrade my watch , and I had AJ for my representative. And all I could say was amazing customer service he help me understand everything down to my bill .
