I went in because my iPhone 14 plus was having issues with the camera. I was debating either trading the phone in or getting a repair and Kenisha helped me out. I decided to trade the phone in but I didn't know if I wanted to stay with apple or go back to samsung. She helped me look at my options showing me the iPhone 16 plus that she had and also the Samsung galaxy Ultra.
