Beware! This store is beyond a disappointment! Decided to switch over to T-Mobile after being a client of Verizon for years. The staff at this location lack customer service skills and in my experience don’t care to have you as a client. Verizon used to be better than this. I think I could get better service from a metro pcs store!
Answered all our questions, (we had a lot) and helped us get upgrades and discounts. Great customer service.
