I had to drive to Altamonte from where I live in order to get my phone taken care of at Apple which unfortunately required me getting a totally new device. Apple was unable to access Verizon so requested me go to the Verizon store to add the new device and get a new ESIM. Apparently, this is not an indirect or authorized store and indeed is a Corporate store according to the rep. Came here to get a device upgrade. Was told we were eligible for certain discounts and add ons with our new plan and the new device. Our bill wasn’t to change. Then we were told if we added a line we would get another small additional discount. Well, we didn’t need the extra line but got it anyway for the discount.
