His level of care and commitment to the customer is increasingly rare, and it was refreshing to experience. I highly recommend AJ and hope Verizon recognizes his exceptional service.
Jonathan was absolutely amazing. I was a few minutes late for my appointment, but he was waiting for us when we arrived and knew exactly what devices we were looking for, and was able to enroll our business in the best service plan despite of a lot of system delays (not Verizon’s fault) I will drive here every single time I need help!
