Verizon was running a promotion in which I could get an upgraded phone on my existing line. I started at a different location and they were going to upgrade my phone but they didn't have the phone I wanted in stock, so I came to this location after a phone call where they said they had it in stock. At this location they insisted they couldn't honor that promotion and just wanted to sell me a new line to get me into a new phone.
