Terrible customer service and is a corporate store. Save your time and go to the location on south side of town off by Wal-Mart(not a corporate store). It’s ridiculous that the non corporate store represents Verizon better than the actual official corporate store.
Just want to share my experience at the Zafarano location Verizon Store in SANTA FE NM. I ordered a new iPhone17 and went to pick up my phone and have it activated/setup. The Verizon agent "E.J." assisted me with setting up my cell. EJ was very knowledgeable and proficient in all matters pertaining to the services I purchased. I went in to cancel a second line/number I had added to my phone. My bill was far higher than the sales team told me it would be and I received an absurd number of spam calls. I was directed to speak with customer service via phone. No one in store could help me. They customer service rep I spoke with was helpful and seemed to understand what I needed.
