We got to Verizon and were greeted immediately, but than the service went downhill from there. If i could rate the customer service I received over the phone while I was there, I'd rate it .5 at best. Even after speaking to three agents on the phone, all of them could've been rated the same and all for the same reasons. They would put me on hold without saying a word, I'd say, "Hello?" , and there would be a dead silence on the phone. After saying it like 8x they would finally chime in. Worst customer service ever. The staff can be very knowledgeable and helpful, but lately I dread going in to pay my bill at their little kiosk. The staff has become very pushy and ambushes you, trying to sell you an upgrade or convenience you that you need a new plan or phone or something. They are like a dog with a bone. They need to give me space and back off! If I change anything, it'll be to a new carrier.

I came in slightly nervous because of past experiences with Verizon being a headache. I walked in and my hero Jose took me under his wing and treated me with care like a family member. I walked out feeling completely fulfilled and with more than I could’ve asked for. I’m getting an extra beer tonight in Jose’s honor. Thanks again buddy, see you next time.
