My grandmother went in today to get a new phone. Unfortunately, they transferred her phone without turning off her Find My and resulted in the sim not being set up properly. However, they sent her on her on her way without a test call and when she got home, she realized she had no service on the phone. Damien was very professional, attentive and respectful. I was in and out in a timely manner. I got what I wanted and needed with him— highly recommend.
Five stars to Audra for making the effort to try to retrieve my important deleted text. Although the task was not successful, she was kind and tried so hard to retrieve my text. As we entered the store we met a very unfriendly employee (manager) who was far from friendly. When we came in and asked him the same question, he was rude and made no attempt to take care of us. Thank you Audra for being so kind!!
Zero stars :) This group of staff is incredibly rude and disrespectful. I don’t think I have ever had a positive experience here.
