Not much help on phone bill
This is more of a shop with sales staff, rather then people who can help you with a technical issues. I went back to them about four to five times for the same issue and they kept on giving me the runaround. I had to go to the Verizon up in Northeast Abilene to start getting my issue resolved. So if you just need to buy something, they'll get you want you need, but just know that if you have any issues, you're cooked.
They're there to socialize omong them they're not very useful.
Mr Reynold’s was very professional and went above and beyond to help me with my son’s account.
