The service was absolutely horrible on Thursday night. After hearing I'd been on phone with customer service for over 2 hours the sales guy up front was more interested in playing on a tablet than offering to help in any way. I gave 3 stars because on Friday morning there was a different guy working who was kind and cared what I'd been through so far and he was absolutely great! I wish I had written his name down cuz I want people who read this to know what a great person he is

BEWARE - 5G home Internet - Liers and thieves. I had a Verizon representative knock on my door and signed me up for a 30 day service "trial" for their new 5g home Internet service in Turlock. I was told that I would be set up with a $35/ month 4 year contract. Before the equipment arrived I got an email saying that my monthly bill would be $80 dollars. TERRIBLE experience in store , by phone with reps and with service. Canceling my phone and WiFi services today.
We drove from Merced down to Modesto to pick up our two phones. It was an easy ride. The phones were already packaged up so it only took a couple minutes at the store. Thank you so much for being so efficient. We are very happy with our new iPhone 16 Pro Max
