This store always messes up something when I go in. For example, one time I pre-ordered a phone once before and they never sent me a notification letting me know it arrived. So I waited. 2 weeks after I was supposed to receive it I go in and I’m like I pre-ordered a phone, they panicked and luckily had one left of the same one I preordered left in their vault. I was contacted out of the blue by an employee at this store by the name of Joseph Almanza to send me a new modem for my business account. He said that the new modem would save $10 a month off my bill and I would only have to send the old modem back to get the discount. I agreed and received the new modem, but with no return label or box to send the old one back. I thougth if I just went to a Verizon store they would return it for me but that wasn't the case.
