I selected this store to pick up new iPhones because they showed they had them in stock. I waited two days for the store to “fulfill” order, only to eventually find they canceled my order which stated “customer cancelled.” Don’t waste your time.

Terrible service from start to finish! Customer neglect, harassment and no help what so ever. And they are extremely inflexible when they could simply fix a very small problem by making a simple call but they made it seem to diffcult to do that. I'm debating making a claim because this is the most ridiculous customer service I've ever received in my life. Soul purpose of customer serivce jobs is to help the customer. I ordered my 17Pro on the MyVerizon app and had it shipped to the Paramus store, I went in to pick it up, saw my name on the greeters Ipad, he proceeded to delete my name and told me I wasn't on the list. I said I have an email stating it's ready. He said check again, saw another email from Verizon saying your order has been cancelled. WHAT?? The greeter told me sorry call Verizon. The entire staff always awesome Had a few issues & questions & the Manager Raul was very informative & was able to solve my problems as the Help desk (800#) was no help what’s so ever. I really appreciated him & his staff & will be back for next upgrade l.
