Paid 29$ to “set up my phone”.. I was left alone for an hour meanwhile they helped others who did not pay and got here after I did. What a joke. Asked for a refund and they refused. The employees at this location scream “I’m just here for a job and to get paid” they don’t care about paying customers
Honestly, I don't know why that store is even there. Whenever we had a problem, their response was: "call the Fraud department" or "oh, you have to order that online: we don't have it here." It seems that they are quicker to take your money for a new phone than actually provide any service at all: you have four people there with their hands in their pockets and a glazed look in their eyes. If you don't want to work, don't exist.
Just switched to Verizon Wireless today had great smooth experience with Moe and Arif Expect the experience with network to be the same
