My fiancé and I went to Verizon as new customers and had the pleasure of working with Chet. Chet was extremely knowledgeable about all things verizon. He set us up with new phones along with the internet and tv package. He found us the best deals to get us what we wanted and was completely transparent throughout the whole process. Chet was able to answer all of our questions and explain things for us to understand. I recommend Chet to anyone needing help at this Verizon store!

Rude, don’t pay attention when customers come in, try to upsell with shady wording and push “deals” on you, and directly contradict what you are told from corporate/ through the app
