I had an outstanding experience at Verizon thanks to Kevin. He went above and beyond to help us, patiently walking us through a long list of steps without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and thorough he was—he made sure we understood everything along the way. Steve was our sales representative and he was great. He helped us with our personal and business accounts. Steve was professional, patient and very knowledgeable. The Store Manager, Arif was also very helpful as was Araye. It was a positive experience. 100% recommend this Verizon store.
