My girlfriend and I went in to get a new phone and Paula was super helpful. She navigated us through changing plans and which phones to choose that our plan actually went down!!!
This store don’t help black folks I’m guessing, I came in with a WiFi box I did not need that was sent to my place.. the rep told me they don’t accept packages with a return label , mean while a customer service told me to go in any Verizon store and return my package. Another rep asked me to move more to the back of the store because the seat I’m in is for people coming in. I kindly told her I’m conforming right where I am. She walked away a little disturbed.
