Verizon now owes me close to $2000, an Xbox, a Home Depot gift card and several other "promises", none of which I have received. It takes literal hours to get anything resolved with the POS company. My advice: Go straight to the police and make a report if anything happens without your permission. Verizon will drag out their lies and and the entire company lies, but make up their own stories to dispute everyone else and build the confusion. This store stole my phone. They took it without my permission and came back with a trade in value that I would never have agreed to. useless service. No pro-activeness or willingness to help, even though there are more employees then customers in the store. They don't listen and just send you to the next verizon location saying they can't help. I came in for a simple bill payment for my final month
