Came to upgrade my phone after work representative and the manager were very helpful. Upgraded to iPhone 17 pro and they saved me money by switching from Spectrum to Verizon fios for my home internet needs.
I had lost my phone called customer service. They weren’t helpful spent hours on the phone. I walked into 100 Wall St . I Had a really good experience with the representative. Honest straightforward transaction was easy. Everything went well. I can’t complain compared to my past experiences. Definitely coming back here for any of my wireless needs.
