The store manager at the Janesville location was very rude and acted like we were an inconvenience. I’ve been a US Cellular customer for 20 years and just recently switched 2 of my 6 lines to Verizon at the Verona store. The experience at the Verona location was great and the manager there was amazing! Today I decided to switch over 1 more of my lines to Verizon, but I made the mistake of going to the location in Janesville. I was having issues with an online order, and after many hours with online customer support, I gave up and made an appointment at this Verizon store. I walked in was seen immediately, and Andrew had actually read my appointment comments and was ready to fix the problem. I was out the door in 20 mins, and the only reason it took that long was because the replacement device needed to charge before activating. I highly recommend this store for fast and knowledgeable solutions.
One of the best Verizon stores I’ve been to. I came in to upgrade my phone after I had a mess of trying to do it online. Jose was the best. He listened to what I wanted and helped me resolve everything right away. He was professional and didn’t once try to pressure me into buying something I didn’t want or need. He explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had. He made the process easy and quick. 10/10 recommend this store and Jose!
Rude and awful service from a guy named Israel that has no respect and in my opinion needs to be let go for terrible customer service!
