Paid $30.00 to have tech transfer items to new phone as I did not want Facebook on new phone. Tech said he could transfer everything over and would not transfer Facebook. Well, Facebook was transfered. Could easily have transfered things myself. Not happy.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a cell phone company. Employees telling us different reasons why things aren't working properly. One employee told us how how to handle an issue. Problem didn't get resolved. Went in next day another employee says "why would you do that" I explained his co worker told me to. He goes "ok but why would you do that. " like I'm an employee there and know what I should be doing. Never ported my number right. Told me the porting got canceled so I switched providers. However port nev... read more

Went into the store to add 2 lines to my existing plan and worked with 3 different salespeople to work out our options. We were told we could keep our existing offerings without hotspots for an agreed amount in the store. Got the bill and its $30 more a month. Customer services won't do anything as didn't have anything in writing from the store. Get it in writing or record the conversation when you go to fight your increased bill.
