The service in this verizon store it's really bad, the guy's working in the store need more training and be more profesional.
I dealt with an excellent employee, only downside was the fact that I was held hostage for 20 minutes because they were struggling to take my payment.
I signed up for verizon online and they sent me all of the paperwork, but never hooked up my phone, so Im still a customer of my current carrier. They then send me a bill for services not rendered. If I call their numbers online they only tell me to pay the bill. I cant even register an account online because the account isnt fully set up. Now, I just get harassing phone messages in the middle of my sleep. I work 2nd shift for 12 hours so 7 and 8 am is the middle of my night. Abbey and her team at verizon Janesville were awesome. They stayed almost 30 min after close to try to get my problem with switching over from mobile figured out. Very friendly and helpful. Would give them 10 stars if I could.
Highly recommend the Janesville Verizon store! The team here made my phone trade-in process incredibly quick and easy. Staff was so courteous, helpful, and welcoming. I was in and out in no tim. Thank you for the fantastic service.
