The store manager at the Janesville location was very rude and acted like we were an inconvenience. I’ve been a US Cellular customer for 20 years and just recently switched 2 of my 6 lines to Verizon at the Verona store. The experience at the Verona location was great and the manager there was amazing! Today I decided to switch over 1 more of my lines to Verizon, but I made the mistake of going to the location in Janesville.
