I was having issues with an online order, and after many hours with online customer support, I gave up and made an appointment at this Verizon store. I walked in was seen immediately, and Andrew had actually read my appointment comments and was ready to fix the problem. I was out the door in 20 mins, and the only reason it took that long was because the replacement device needed to charge before activating. I highly recommend this store for fast and knowledgeable solutions.
One of the best Verizon stores I’ve been to. I came in to upgrade my phone after I had a mess of trying to do it online. Jose was the best. He listened to what I wanted and helped me resolve everything right away. He was professional and didn’t once try to pressure me into buying something I didn’t want or need. He explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had. He made the process easy and quick. 10/10 recommend this store and Jose!
Rude and awful service from a guy named Israel that has no respect and in my opinion needs to be let go for terrible customer service!
I needed help switching from spectrum because my phone stopped working completely. It was less than 6 months old. Spectrum was SOOOOO unhelpful. They LITERALLY told me where was nothing they would do, and I pay them SO much money for insurance. They said since it "just stopped working" and there was no damage it wouldn't be covered.
