Paid $30.00 to have tech transfer items to new phone as I did not want Facebook on new phone. Tech said he could transfer everything over and would not transfer Facebook. Well, Facebook was transfered. Could easily have transfered things myself. Not happy.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a cell phone company. Employees telling us different reasons why things aren't working properly. One employee told us how how to handle an issue. Problem didn't get resolved. Went in next day another employee says "why would you do that" I explained his co worker told me to. He goes "ok but why would you do that.
