They were efficient and helped with my issue
Do not use this location. We added my daughter to our account. They caused nothing but issues with the trade in she gave. Cancelled it and made it near impossible to fix through customer service. Each person we dealt with needed much more training than they had. Once again ongoing issues with the store. They never did explain to us how to pay off my daughter’s existing plan and it’s been four months and her phone has still not been paid.
