Do not use this location. We added my daughter to our account. They caused nothing but issues with the trade in she gave. Cancelled it and made it near impossible to fix through customer service. Each person we dealt with needed much more training than they had.
Called the store to ask about a prepaid option with international service. Was told that it was not available and made to feel dumb even though I was looking at it on the website. Quick chat with Verizon online had it setup.
