We talked to Mason the TWO different times I had to go in with all THREE of my children! Him and a few other members of their team helped me out so much with all the issues we had going on as well as playing and drawing with my two boys while I had to be on the phone or doing things with them. We had such a great experience! Highly recommend! Ask for mason!
