The employees were rude particularly the manager. I wish I would have caught his name but he was a black guy. I wont be coming back to this location again.
Absolute horrible customer service, and the manager contributes to this behavior. Been a Verizon customer for 8 years and this is the absolute worst store I e ever been I .
18 year customer was treated like a criminal acused of lying about phone condition for trade in was not helpful for reset instructions for a device I was unfamiliar staff was combative,rude and disinterested in any form of customer service
Honestly just horrible customer service. Took the 3 customer service reps to “help” one lady wanting to return a device the dude with dreadlocks talking to her like she was dumb and saying “she ain’t understanding” when they finally got to me for a simple sim card they were acting like it was the most complicated thing and i chose store pick up and the girl said no matter what i chose they put in a locker.
