I walked into this location and was having one of the worst days. Dom took me in immediately and told me he was going to change that. He followed through, in a timely, professional manner and did make my day better. Dom is excellent!
We just left the store and we were treated like crap by the guy behind the counter because we returned our old phone to him. He said we could have mailed it in even though that was not an option when we received the email. He said well yeah I guess you can do this too(referring to us bringing it in) . He then told my husband Well can you just take it out of the box(with an attitude) His behavior was crap and I’m sorry you have to do work at the place where you work Sir!
No interest from staff to assist Just seems like they could careless. Only going to do what they feel they want to do…… need new staff
