The customer service staff lack the ability to resolve issues. They make you waste a couple hours there, and in the end, the problem is still not properly handled. If you want to spend money, go inside and they’re happy to help you. If you’re trying to fix a problem, don’t waste your time. They won’t resolve anything.
Unhelpful not sure why there is a store. Everything must be done over the phone, which is a head ache. The only thing you can do in the store is get a phone, accessories or pay a bill
Customer service isn’t Knowledgeable. Refuse to put in any serious effort into solve problems. If you value your time. Find another location.
