I am a member with Verizon for more than 30 years and today I had the worst experience, that associate that helped me was very rude and not helpful. Please do your job and be helpful to the customers.
I was worried before I went to Verizon, but I was happy when I left. My associate that helped me did a great job. My problem I had with Verizon was fixed very fast. I will return to get my new phone when I'm ready, but I want to Thank Verizon for helping me. Every employee was busy helping customers when I entered the store. It was late. Nobody wanted to work.
Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE.!!! You have managers walking around instead of helping the service providers who are assisting other customers. Yet the managers chit-chat and talk about eating instead of helping the customers who have been waiting over an hour to get help. One of them even rolling their eyes...ghetto. What kind of people do you have working here?
