Thursday July 17th. Around 5:30pm Went in to have my information switched to my new phone. Adrianne came over and helped us. Adrianne was very professional and friendly. Adrianne set up the phones to move the information over. After having weeks long issues with my phone, and getting NOWHERE with customer service over the phone, I finally broke down and went into the store. The employees at this location Millville) specifically Kinnis and Brandon, completely changed my outlook on going into the store to correct issues. I first went into the store around 1:30 pm, Kinnis troubleshooted my phone for over an hour, changing Sim cards, etc. Etc. He is extremely knowledgeable, respectful and patient.
