Buying a cell from and switching to Verizon was 1 of the best things I’ve ever done. I started with Hunter who has great customer service skills. Friendly, polite, personable. Had some issues trying to set things up that I had forgotten what he told me. I met Rima, who helped me, going over & beyond what she should have done. N Olmsted store is a blessing to all who come here. BIG kudos to Hunter and HUGE to Rima!!
