We had Calaya today helping us with getting a new line on our plan. She was smart, quick and so helpful! We appreciated her dedication to not only us but other customers as well because they were short staffed. She was great!

The initial service was very good and they helped us reduce our monthly bill. There was an issue we tried to resolve with customer service. They wanted a restocking fee and we decided not to pay it.
