Absolutely regret going to get my new phone here. First I was offered a 0 dollar a month phone per an employee which turns out that I'm now having to make a monthly payment. This same employee also proceeded to add insurance without my consent and also added Hulu and netflix with out my consent. Calling Verizon multiple times no luck so info back to the store and the so called manager says there's nothing he can do. He can cancel it going forward but I have to pay for the month that's in my bill!!! That's very shady unprofes... read more

Unfortunately the manager lacks customer service skills and doesn’t understand customer service. We all understand policies and procedures but in all cases it takes a little humanity and common sense to figure it out. Unfortunately in the end the client or customer will take their business and money elsewhere.

We had Calaya today helping us with getting a new line on our plan. She was smart, quick and so helpful! We appreciated her dedication to not only us but other customers as well because they were short staffed. She was great!
