Rude staff, unfriendly, unwilling to show about phone operations
This store only wants to help you if your getting a new phone when we came to Verizon initially they were great help but when my wife went in she got the worse customer service all the associate said was to call customer service but We didn’t get the phone from customer service we got there We are definitely looking to go to AT&T Horrible Service!!!!!
