Comically incompetent. Placed an order 3 months ago, never got a cancellation notice. Store blames corporate, corporate blames store, and im sitting here paying for a device I dont have.
I just wanted to say thank you so much to the lady at the door. I’m assuming the Manager. My phone was stuck and I didn’t know how to fix it. She was quick to help and showed me what to do next time. Another time I went in there and traded in my old iPhone for credit and the gentleman. With the black hair was so helpful as well. Professional and helpful. Thanks again!
