Do NOT trust the people OR management at the Palestine Tx. store !!!! I was told when I upgraded an iPhone that I would get $1100 for the trade in. When I took the phone to the store to trade it in they only gave me $220. When ai asked about it I was told that it had to be “corrected on the back end” and they could not give me a receipt showing that. I went back the next day and was told it WAS corrected and I would see it on my next bill. LIE !!! Still only shows $220 credit. Absolutely trash and liars!!!! I could have sold... read more
Just a cellphone retailer
Avoid this store. Don't believe what they tell you. Since I went here and believe what they said my bill has been doubled. Switch from a personal account to a business account and had nothing but problems since.
Would give zero stars if that was an option. When a customer calls and explains their situation and you tell them you can help if that customer stops by your store then HELP them. Do not tell a customer you know exactly how to fix the issue and then when they stop by your store tell them you can't help. The in store customer service is a complete joke.
