Bad company
I got the best experience with the store staff. We ordered new phones. The Store Manager Aaron assisted us, along with Leroy. There were very nice black and white photos on the wall and the store was very clean.
I’ve came in this store at least twice for an order. Although the status of my order was explained, this location and the staff are very unwelcoming. The customer service is terrible and the staff have a very nasty attitude. Never again will I come back to this location. I will have the phone delivered to me. This location, staff and management need to take notes from the Tinley Park store. Tinley Park is beyond the store in the south suburbs. Thank you. But no thank you.
