Very smooth couple of newer galaxy phones
This store is the best. Had major issues with being transferred from Xfinity to Verizon through the Verizon chat. Got nowhere with chat for over 12 hours. Xfinity shut mine down and Verizon never activated my phones. No one could figure it out. Came here and Alex, a very competent young lady, with a great personality, took care of the problem in 15 minutes. If you need Verizon products or service, come here and ask for Alex. You'll be pleasantly surprised.
My necklace was stolen by a customer and the employee saw him doing it
The people are very friendly, but the wait time to speak to a customer care provider was awful.
