I came to the store with phone issues. Kent was very, very helpful in resolving everything. Also answering all my technical questions.
An issue with my iPhone had my husband and I go to 5 different stores and spend hours on the phone with apple and Verizon trying to get someone to help and there was no one who could do more than tell us to call or visit somewhere else. We visited today and Alex was the first person who really tried to help solve our issues and truly went above and beyond anything we could have expected. Kent L and Hector T were excellent in servicing my family and I with the upmost customer service!! Exceptional and can’t wait to come back as long as they are here!!!
Frank Jackson was fabulous and he provided great customer service. We came in with a big problem with one of our devices and he knew how to fix it right away even though specialists at another Verizon location were unable to help with the same issue. He solved our problem quickly and he answered all of our questions. We would strongly recommend him.
