Arrived at the store to turn in an old phone the manager came out to say no employees showed up for work yet. I waited an hour doors still weren’t opened
Verizon is the worst company to work with overcharging people, including myself. They don’t listen to you. They will switch you over to another apartment. They don’t give a crap about you. Their customer care will just send you to another customer care person but never resolve what needs to be done They are the worst if you have it for Verizon that is get out of there.
