I’ve came in this store at least twice for an order. Although the status of my order was explained, this location and the staff are very unwelcoming. The customer service is terrible and the staff have a very nasty attitude. Never again will I come back to this location. I will have the phone delivered to me. This location, staff and management need to take notes from the Tinley Park store. Tinley Park is beyond the store in the south suburbs. Thank you. But no thank you.

Made an appointment to upgrade one of my six phones. Sales rep was completely disinterested, spoke in a low voice, slurred his words. He just gave off a nasty vibe. He said that not much could be done that would not cost a lot and ultimately told me to go online and get help. I was so mad. I have 6 phones and two 5G house services with Verizon. I hope the Orland Mgr looks up my Oct 6, 2025 2pm appointment and understands that who helped me was horrible horrible. He is losing you all business and needs to be fired.

Aaron, Sr. Manager, provided excellent customer service during a return visit to the Orland Park Verizon store for an upgrade. He made sure that he understood what I wanted and worked hard to find an option that worked. Also of note, is Kelly who was very helpful during my prior visit.
