I walked in the store frustrated from an situation I had with charging my card for service I never applied for Liam the assistant manager took the time and put Fraud on the phone and we got on the bottom of the problem and they were able to locate the account and cancel the service. I will never get to cancel it if Liam didn’t assist me with this matter. I do appreciate his time and understanding. I have never before left a review and unfortunately my first one is a bad one. From the very start myself, my sister and mother weren’t greeted but told quickly what do you need today by the employee not knowing if it was to us because he was sitting on his chair in the far end of the room.
