Was greeted immediately! Hats off to Kelly who quickly isolated and resolved my issue! Having just switched my servicefrom tmobile she was able to get my phone up and working by switching the esim to Verizon from tmobile (I assumed it would automatically override as my tmobile account had been deactivated! Not so.) All done on a few minutes with a smile and a handshake. Now a very happy Verizon customer!
HECTOR WAS WONDERFUL! He Helped me & Every Customer that was having a Rough day & did it with a Great Smile & Patience & Kindness! EXCELLENT!!! Also, I worked for a Extended Period of time with LEROY! He too was Amazingly Patient with me being 62 years old & struggling with high level of a broken phone. We have been a Verizon Wireless family for 20 yrs. Most recently, we have upgraded all four phones over the past 8 months or so. Each time, the folks at the Orland Verizon store have provided exceptional service. Most recently, Doug helped me upgrade my phone. In addition to being an amazingly kind, courteous, and helpful human being, he helped me find the best plan & services for my needs.
