Complete lack of professionalism and care. Save yourself the time and headache. The staff at this location is incredibly unprofessional and has absolutely no idea what’s going on. Appreciate Dominque for all his help with assisting me with getting my services transferred over from another provider. All my concerns and questions were answered throughly and I was provided with great service. Make sure you book an appointment with colerain Verizon and ask for Dominque .
Dominique service was great and gave us a great deal come see him
⭐⭐ Better off ordering online Not the friendliest experience. The salesperson was dismissive and didn't offer any extra help or ask if I needed anything else. I’ll just save myself the trip next time and order directly from the Verizon site.
