I got a virus on my phone so I took it to the Colerain Verizon for help. I was greeted immediately by Sirr, who, when I told him the situation, calmly told me he could easily fix it for me. That helped me calm down. In no time at all, Sirr did indeed remove the virus and return my phone to normal. What a relief! This Verizon store is fast and has excellent service!
Deshawn was my sales rep. He was polite, gathered my information and the phone I ordered, collected the taxes and that was it. I asked if all my contents were transferred he said yes with some appearing later that day. I was hurried out the door so he could help someone else. My contents were not transferred. I had to go to the store in Harrison Ohio where I met Shy. She spend an hour with me explained everything as the contents were transferred. Shy will be getting a review of 5 Stars!
Store has been largely useless. Ended up having me call then just avoid people. Employees tried but the manager seems completely useless.
Great phone n great service so far but the customer service is the crappiest ever. At store and online. Finally got someone one the phone who was great, she was on the phone for almost an hour with us! God bless her
