Within a matter of 2 months both my phone and tablet died. Not only was getting a new phone and them making me jump through all sorts of hoops and 4 trips to Verizon to finally get my phone taken care of now it is the tablet that they had no problem selling me but now again I am having a problem with trying to return my old one. My friend and I stopped into Verizon at Stone Creek because we both had issues we needed help on. Myron helped us out, went above and beyond. Put us at ease took care of all of our issues and then some, was professional, thoughtful, knowledgeable, very patient with us and had a great sense of humor and a definite asset to Verizon. I would definitely recommend Myron when going to this Verizon store.
