Went to upgrade my phone, and had a great experience with Olaide! He was kind, efficient, and made the whole process quick and seamless.
TL;DR - Only go to this store if it's a tech emergency. If you have time, just call the call center - they aren't incentivised to take advantage of their customers. If you do go to this store double, triple, and quadruple check everything you're told then call customer service when it's still wrong. My phone stopped recognizing my SIM.
