We came in to address account issues and place a claim for a lost phone. Laron was super helpful. Total time in and out was about 15 minutes!
Folks cannot leave a voicemail on my phone. I have my phone sat up for voicemail but before anyone is connected to my voicemail Verizon blocks access with the message that my number is no longer in service or has been disconnected. I have service through a third party using Verizon and they have exhausted all avenues trying to solve the problem and directed me to Verizon. Got there about 40 mins before close, they told me to wait 15 minutes while they checked on my trade-in options, then they came back and said there wasn't any, and I could check the app to see if there are any there. Just wasted my time and then sent me away. There are options and the next Verizon store I went to was able to see them. I don't blame the workers really, I assume Verizon is paying them peanuts. Verizon is a trash company.
