Got a new phone work with Tamara she set up the new Samsung phone and was really nice
I walked in the store with an online pickup at 6:30. Had three employees in the location. Two was actively working with a customer store manager conversating with a female customer about contact transfering well I'm waiting to be be as well as a customer that walked in 15 after me store manager takes my pickup order number and hands me my devices and told me that their systems shut completely off at 7:00. As soon as walked in I was greeted with a smile from Nevin and he was very polite and patient with all of my needs today they need to have more kind and attentive people like him
Went to pick up the new iPhone that they claimed to have in stock on their website but they told me they didn’t have it in stock and it was probably a website glitch. I had to cancel my order due to Verizon’s overall messy systems and poor communication between departments when I call their 800 number, because you can’t actually call the store itself. I’m probably going with a different provider at this point after being an 11 year customer.
Mumbo jumbo... had a broken phone wanted to buy new one. Rep gave us a double talk speech $11 credit and $55 monthly charge for 3 years to get $400 off promotion. Couldn't buy it outright had to do 3 year finance! They are trying to make sure you don't move to new carrier. Took phone to "Fix and Repair " in Milford $150 to fix! No $2000 phone for me!!
