I havent dealt with verizon employees as lazy or incompetent as this store. Avoid this location. When my wife and i first arrived to buy her a new phone, we encountered this extremely frustrated lady that got to the point of yelling at the employees for their incompetence in helping her and having to return to the store throughout the day. Worst company to have a phone with. After having trouble filing a lost claim for a phone I did an upgrade and then when at the store I specifically asked the associate if I would be able to set it up with my phone being stolen. She said yes on WiFi. I drive from the store to home to set it up 3 screens in it asks for the code it sent to my other phone. Be extremely careful when buying a cell phone here, the sales representatives will add services not need such as hotspot, and change your plan, not care they that they will piled up your bill in order to gain commission. Their supervisors need to check and approve their transactions, the sales representatives should not be allowed to change plans against the customers will. THIS IS ILLEGAL.
Rude and disrespectful. A disgrace to Verizon and humanity.
