It’s not just this store it’s Verizon. You go into the store to buy a phone and the store representative will gladly make a sale. But when there’s something wrong with your bill they don’t want you in the store because it takes time away from making sales. They won’t help , they don’t care , anything relevant to your bill just call 611 your on your own. Then you call 611 and these people overseas take you into a never ending circle of nothing. OMFG How incompetent are these people?! I purchased a Galaxy S25+ with a 3 year plan. I opted for "express" in-store pickup rather than overnight shipping. It said up to 2 HOURS for pick ups, but it took 2 days. I tried calling the store several times, but nobody answers. I tried to call Verizon customer service and they're somehow worse than 0 help... passed around like a gangbang... waste of an hour of my life AND no help whatsoever.
