I’ve reached out through normal customer service, loyalty/retention, and even tried to escalate toward leadership. I’ve mentioned my concerns hoping they could reach people like Kevin Zavaglia (President of West Consumer Markets) or Tony Skiadas (CFO), but so far I haven’t been given a fair resolution. Who likes to go to the wireless store? I sure don't. I dread bad service and long waits, especially if I know my transaction won't be a hefty sale for the customer representative. But today was a differenst story. My family and I were greeted right away. We were picking up a new phone and swapping devices with our lines.
