Went here to turn in our old phones after we had bought new ones. They open at 10:00. We arrived about 10:15. Checked in, there was 4 people ahead of us. There was 3 workers on a Saturday morning. Should have more, seeing as how each customer probably takes some time to purchase a phone. Waited for about 15 minutes and they took care of us ahead of 3 customers. Our transaction of returning took 1 minute. Not enough workers in my opinion. Be prepared to wait.
Dan was absolutely amazing and is the epitome of what customer service should be. He was extremely patient with all of our questions was extremely knowledgeable about the products. He gave us all the options that were available and then set us up install and we walked out extremely satisfied customers.. Highly recommend Dan and Verizon in Enfield.

Came here to complete a transaction I made with an online rep. Whomever was training the person I dealt with was clueless about the month long promotion when I tried to talk to him about it. Cited “ been off a few days” apparently is an assistant manager there. Was told the deal I had with Verizon wasn’t available and offered me 200 for my phone. After a call to Verizon I’m getting 2500 dollars of hardware shipped to my house free. Probably a reason this store is a constant graveyard.
