Dan and Jon made for easy, smooth transactions. Dan greeted us right away and got the process of upgrading a device started. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly with no upselling or pushiness. Jon assisted with transferring my number to another phone. He walked us through the steps/prompts and checked in often while the phone was transferring data. Both were professional and polite and made for an overall extremely pleasant experience. Great store, with great staff!
Had a difficult time setting up my daughter’s new phone, Keith went above and beyond to make it work for us! Including staying past his working hours. Can’t say enough good things!
I had a service upgrade need and the phone support crew botched the upgrade. I went to the store and worked with the manager to resolve and improve the outcome. Great result!
After being with T-Mobile for 10+ years and having a final, terrible experience at their store here in Enfield we decided to make the switch to Verizon. Immediately upon entering the store we were greeted warmly by the manager and didn't have to wait very long to be helped by Keith. Keith was absolutely incredible; knowledgeable, kind, and super accommodating to all of our needs. We left perfectly satisfied with our new devices and much lower bill.
