Exelent team
This store needs new team members & new manger. I went in to pay my verizon bill. Im not from grand island. I used the machine to pay bill & the machine wouldnt give me a receipt I ask 2 people for help they just blew me off. I was in the store waiting people came in after me they waited on them first ignored me until my husband spoke up. Made a payment on there kiosk machine. The machine wouldn't give us a receipt and asked for help and the guy was rude and said we must have timed out oh well we can't get you a receipt and walked away. 2 hours later still no phone service so we went back to the same Verizon store and long story short the guy called us a lier because it didnt show on there site but it shows on our bank the the payment was made. To top it off they helped everyone that came in behind us first then us last.
I went it to drop off my old phone for a trade-in. All of the clerks were busy, except one, and I was in and out very quickly. They have a good-looking store that was clean and the clerk was very helpful.
