After swatting down 3 upsells, (home internet, a 700$ phone purchase, and cancelling my current line and starting a new one for a higher monthly price), 1 rude comment towards the saleswoman I was with about how I'm well aware a samsung s24 phone is newer than an Iphone 8, and subsequently, 8 minutes of awkward silence, the store finally accomplished the task of switching over my old phone to the new one I provided.
