although i actually had the craziest experience, i did have the best employee to help me get through it! thank you to joseph for being so kind to help me figure things out that he didn’t know about either. 10/10 customer service and just happy that i could feel comfortable while going through uncomfortable things haha
Id drive to Columbus for help here versus the people at greensburg verizon for sure they knew and could do so much more

Dave & several of the others, have been at this store for several years & Customer Service is #1! Dave, always takes good care of me & answers all of my questions! He also tries to save me $$ when it's possible, too! Steve, is also great at Customer Service & answers all my Questions.
They admitted their mistake on my bill, said not to worry about it and still shut my phone off 3 days later, until I pay for their mistake. None of the workers can turn them on apparently. They just wanted me to leave so new customers didnt hear their bogus crap. I have been a customer for years. I have recordings and screenshots of my bill and it being paid in full every month.
