Very unhappy with the experience, at this location. Having been a Verizon customer myself for over twenty years, and also my ill Mother, with dementia. Who had accidentally forgotten her passcode, and was completely locked out of her iPhone. This locations managers, both just dismissed helping, and stating they could not help. It was an Apple issue, so drive to Indianapolis. I then called Verizon customer service, and they said it was absolutely false, that the store could not help. A computer was required to assist.
