The young man who helped me solve my fold 5 problems and internet issues today was great and definitely deserves a 5 star review. I unfortunately forgot his name, but he was a young guy looked barely out of high school. Great salesman I will stick with Verizon for their customer service and deals.
I've had Verizon for many years, I wouldn't change the service for anything but the store itself cannot always meet your needs the way they should. Updated February 2026- I have had one of the worst and most stressful experiences over the last few weeks due to the incompetence and neglect of the associates at this store.
