I've had Verizon for many years, I wouldn't change the service for anything but the store itself cannot always meet your needs the way they should. I went to the Verizon store to check out the folding Samsung phone. I saw it but couldn't hold it. I have to trade in my perfectly good Note to get a reasonable price. I don't want years of payments, and wanted to purchase it outright. The Note is mine, free and clear. No thank you. He wanted to see if he could lower my bill. Sure, go for it. ... ... .... .... Salesman was helpful but incorrectly told us that we wouldn’t need to be home for our phone to be delivered. FedEx left us a note saying they missed us and will not deliver the phone until the 17th and someone has to be there to sign for it. :( so if you are getting a phone delivered make sure that you’re home cuz you won’t get it otherwise. Frustrating
