Dave & several of the others, have been at this store for several years & Customer Service is #1! Dave, always takes good care of me & answers all of my questions! He also tries to save me $$ when it's possible, too! Steve & Manager, Curtis are fantastic as well!!
I would like to express my concerns regarding my recent interaction with Mr. Tom Williams. During my visit, I traded in my phone but was dissatisfied with the replacement. When I communicated my concerns about the camera quality, Mr. Williams checked the camera but engaged in a debate with me regarding its performance, rather than addressing my concerns. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Me and my family have been customers for over 20 years and everytime we go into verzion they always kick us out 5min before closing. Me and my mom just went to verzion to ask a question about how much it will cost to change my phone. The guy that i asked said that he couldnt take us and that if we made appointment tommrow he could help us. The hell?!??? Very bad customer service. My wife and I went to buy a phone and the guy told us, "We'll help you right now." It turns out that they helped 3 people who arrived after us, and we were still waiting until we realized that no one was going to help us, and that's when we got the message that they were going to help us in about 10 minutes. We left because it was very rude of them to leave us waiting there.
