The young man who helped me solve my fold 5 problems and internet issues today was great and definitely deserves a 5 star review. I unfortunately forgot his name, but he was a young guy looked barely out of high school. Great salesman I will stick with Verizon for their customer service and deals.
I've had Verizon for many years, I wouldn't change the service for anything but the store itself cannot always meet your needs the way they should. I went to the Verizon store to check out the folding Samsung phone. I saw it but couldn't hold it. I have to trade in my perfectly good Note to get a reasonable price. I don't want years of payments, and wanted to purchase it outright. The Note is mine, free and clear. No thank you. He wanted to see if he could lower my bill. Sure, go for it. ... ... .... ....
