I bought a new apple watch January 2026 and within the last couple of months it became unresponsive and would not connect to cellular. After having spent 2+ hours in the phone with Verizon customer service, an hour in the store, then sending my Apple Watch to apple support only to have it returned as device was unable to be unlock to review. Very disappointed in this store we traded my son's phone in and was supposed to get a credit for it then 2 weeks later I get a message from Verizon saying they never received the phone and if they don't get it I wont receive the credit well I called down there and they said the sales person I worked with wasnt there and I asked them if they could find out what was going on maybe it just hasn't processed yet oh well they can't help me over the phone and that it probably just hasn't processed yet well I get another text today ... read more
