Horrible! Went in to the store to get a new SIM card and it’s now 2 days and I have to call the in store rep to have him tell me his manager didn’t include him on a ticket he submitted cause their website is having issues. Then tried to sell me to upgrade to a business account. Asked for a follow up and still haven’t had anyone attempt to help me.
