I sat in there for an hour waiting to pay my phone and upgrade, and possibly a new customer too. My roommate stepped outside and gets locked out and them telling me he can't come in when he was the one paying. I've put off coming in for over 2 years and now probably going to be another 2 before I want to step back in there!
My recent visit to the Verizon store l was asking about my bill. The employee informed me that they could not help. I then asked a question concerning my phone and was told that my phone was very old, that I needed another one and that l could go to Walmart to get another one. I didn't get any help at all
15 Nov 2025...had to visit the 23rd street store. Michael (lead manager) assisted me with some virus pop up crap. On top of having a difficult personal situation with a family member...the store was super busy and he was knee deep with other projects. He gave me all his attention and respect and made a bad morning a lot better...and best of all...he fixed my phone pop ups from Hell. Awesome man and great people person. Thank you for job well done.
