I went to Placerville store today to ask for help as a result of new IOS download. Basic info that I could not figure out. Jacob was very kind, respectful and helpful in showing me what to do and explaining it. As an older adult, I genuinely appreciate that treatment and kindness without making me feel less than. He should be commended.
They were helpful even though I wasn't buying.
