Unfortunately some of the employees just chat with each other and did not do the things I came in to do. I had to call customer service while in the store to get anything done
Standing in line watching 2 reps help one person and 3 people in line. Then another man comes is and a rep goes to help him. Great customer service Placerville What's worse was I was on my lunch time had to leave the store and got a notification 45 minutes later that I was next in line..really???
I lost all hope in this store from pervious visits. The last time I was there I swore I would never go back. I went to the authorized store but they were honest and told me only the other store could help me. I complained the whole way there. I was actually put to ease very quickly with the new staff. Aaron, the manager and the other guy (I didn’t get his name) were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond for us.
