Mitchell in the Beaumont Ca store was wonderful and extremely helpful! He showed lots of patience with me asking a thousand questions!😀 he was very thorough and professional as well. I’m very happy with the nice upgrade he assisted me with, I’ll definitely be back!!

I have tried to cancel service, but they won't do it. My payment didn't go through and of course they are blaming me. (12-24-25 I am still receiving at bill from Verizon...) the phone has been disconnected!
