I have tried to cancel service, but they won't do it. My payment didn't go through and of course they are blaming me. (12-24-25 I am still receiving at bill from Verizon...) the phone has been disconnected!
If you have a business do not waste your time here! I came in for one line and business internet . Mitchell literally had me there for two hours I waited for hour so there for three hours . He kept running applications and the 4th time he ran it fraud put it on hold of course ! And they informed me that too many applications were ran and they needed me to send documents that I didn't bring with me such as business license which was hanging on the wall at work!
